When setting up new Search Alerts for your contacts, you have the option of utilizing BoldTrail's AI capabilities to send relevant listings to youir leads.
AI Search with ListAssist
BoldTrail integrates with ListAssist's Homesearch, a listing data program that helps to simplify the property search process and make it faster and more intuitive for you and your contacts.
ListAssist HomeSearch works by ingesting your live property listing data into the CRM. When a user uses the search bar on your website, ListAssist processes that search and returns the personalized property IDs with a match score.
Creating Search Alerts with AI
You can set up a new AI search alert from multiple locations in BoldTrail:
Marketing Tab
Navigate to Marketing > Search Alerts > Learn More in BoldTrail. From here, select New Alert.
Contact Details
Search for your desired contact in BoldTrail and open their profile page. From here, look for the Engagement column to view and edit existing Search Alerts, or add a new one.
Search Alert creation will have Search with AI selected by default; however, you may switch to the Classic version at any time before setting up your search.
Note: The option to toggle to Classic is only available at the start of a fresh search. The Classic functionality cannot be combined with the AI-powered search. If you select the Classic toggle in the middle of an AI search, you will be prompted to reset the search.
When using the AI tool to create your search alert, you have a few options to choose from:
Voice Search
Click on the pink microphone to utilize HomeSearch's voice-activated search feature. The system will then populate the best-fitting properties for the chosen query.
Popular Suggestions
Using listing data trends provided by ListAssist, the system will populate a list of suggested property types and features specific to your coverage area. To add a suggestion to your search, simply click on one or more of the suggestions.
Recently Saved Searches
View your Recently Saved Searches by clicking into the search bar, and selecting one of the most recent search queries. The dropdown will display the three most recent searches.
Note: If you enter a search query that does not include a location or area, the system will prompt you to add one in order to complete the search.
Search Results
When you've narrowed down your search, the system will populate a list of results based on the options selected.
You can use the Sort dropdown to re-order the listings. Match Score is selected by default, but you may also sort by Newest, Price (low to high), Price (high to low), Square Feet, and Bedrooms.
To futher refine the search results, use the filters on the top navigation bar:
Status
Price Range
Property Type
Beds/Baths
More Filters
Home Size
Lot Size
Year Built
Reset (clears all current search parameters and starts a new search)
Note: If your coverage area is too large or encompasses multiple areas, the search should default to the coverage area in which your primary office is located.
Once you've created your search alert, click on Save Alert at the bottom right to save your new alert.
