Coming Soon: HomeSearch AI

Help your customers find their perfect property with our AI-powered listing search.

Updated this week

HomeSearch AI is redefining the home search experience - giving your leads faster, smarter, and more personalized results on your website.

What is HomeSearch AI?

CoreHome utilizes HomeSearch AI, a listing data program that helps to simplify the property search process and make it faster, more intuitive, and enjoyable.

How it Works

HomeSearch AI works by ingesting your live property listing data into the CRM. When a user uses the search bar on your website, HomeSearch AI processes that search and returns the personalized property IDs with a match score.

Your contacts will be able to find relevant listings quickly using HomeSearch's natural language search capabilities, allowing a more streamlined navigation experience.

Increased engagement. Personalized results keep users on-site longer leading to higher session durations and improved retention.

Higher conversion rates from more qualified leads. Precise matches lead to more inquiries and sign-ups, increased lead generation and conversion rates.

Competitive advantage. Homesearch's advanced AI search technology differentiates your website and establishes your brand as a preferred real estate resource.
