It uses this data to enrich each contact with home information — including estimated value, equity position, last sold date, and owner details — and then scores them using FelloIQ, Fello's AI-powered ranking system that identifies which contacts are most likely to list based on engagement, home equity, MLS signals, and time in home.
What Fello pushes back to BoldTrail:
Fello can push activity back to your BoldTrail contact timeline, including campaign opens, home valuation requests, seller landing page activity, and other engagement. What gets posted back is configurable through Fello's event mapping settings, so your team can control exactly which Fello events trigger updates in BoldTrail. That means you can see exactly who's engaging with Fello content right alongside the rest of your contact activity, and act on it without switching tools.
