[CORE BackOffice] How to Generate a Disbursement PDF

Choose which line items you would like printed on the final disbursement PDF.

To NOT have items included on the PDF, un-check the boxes for those line items.

Note: The brokerage's information, like name and number, will always appear on the disbursement for record keeping purposes.

For example, if we want one check from the title company for the broker to disburse funds to the agents, we would un-check all line items except for 'Total Due To Brokerage.' Additionally, we'll add a note under the total due for payment instruction, and an additional note to not release checks to agents.

With these selections, our PDF will look like this:

If you want only the net amounts to each party on the final PDF, you would un-check the boxes that do not pertain. Then, leave the net amounts due to each party and the notes checked.

Below is what the final PDF will look like with the Net amounts to each party and the notes on the disbursement. 

If you would like to have a referral fee printed out on the final PDF, you can choose that line item to print as well:
