The Commission Cutting Report can be used to see what the average commission rate Agents are charging and compare that to what your expected commission rate is.
This report can help you determine if Agents are leaving money on the table for themselves and the office by cutting the commission too much.
This report will help to train Agents to better perform and not leave money on the table.
To access this report click on Reports > Commission Cutting Report.
You can filter this report by date range and enter your expected commission rate for listings and sellings. Click Apply Filter(s).
You will have your Agents name and their office location. You will see the Agents sales volume and their average listing commission rate. Then, you can can see if you have a gain or loss from the listing side commission based on what your expected commission rates are.
You will also have the Agents sales volume and their average selling commission rate. You can can see if you have a gain or loss from the selling side commission based on what your expected commission rates are. Then, you'll have the total amount of your gains or losses of income.
