The Vendor Detail report provides an overview of all 3rd parties that have been paid as part of a transaction. 

For example, if you have a referral fee, or a franchise fee, or an outside transaction coordinator and you add those to your commission disbursement to be deducted from the commissions, those items will show on this report.
