[BoldTrail - Mobile] Guide to Mobile App Features

Overview

The mobile app is designed for Agents on the go. With it you can manage and handle your daily goings-on in BoldTrail without needing to log into your computer. All of the tasks and calls that you schedule or that your Smart Campaigns schedule are manageable from the app, as well as some other essential tasks like mass texting or emailing! The app will also notify you of important events including new leads that you can accept from your companies/offices/teams rotation.


What You Can Do in the App

Push notifications are special BoldTrail notifications you will see on your phone when something happens. This is how new leads can be delivered to you, and you can accept them on your phone without needing to accept them via opening an email or text.

  • Enable or disable notifications

  • Accepting new lead notifications

Within your mobile app's inbox, you can view your text messages in a conversation format, (as if you were using the text app in your phone) and all of your recent activity such as texts, listing views, and new leads.

  • Conversation style messages & Activity Stream

Your Contacts tab will allow you to view and filter between your personal contacts as well as the contacts you can access depending on your permissions.

  • Add new Contacts

  • View contacts by status (New Lead, Active Lead, Closed, etc.)

  • Add notes to contacts

  • Manage contact hashtags

  • Create tasks for contacts

  • Call contact with dialer

  • Send text from smart number OR cell number

  • Email contact

  • Mass text/email 250 contacts at once

  • View & edit existing search alerts

  • Transfer contacts

  • Configure Search Alerts

The dialer allows you to complete outbound calls via a Mobile Dialer that is designed to stay within federal compliance. The BoldTrail Mobile App and BoldTrail Desktop access are tied together, therefore all information can be easily found in either place!

  • Use the dialer to handle today's scheduled calls, and calls from system generated lists

  • Use the dialer to call specific lists of contacts by hashtag

The BoldTrail mobile app gives you immediate access to your contacts while you are on the go and you have the ability to create task reminders for yourself the moment you think of them regardless of where you are. You can also easily save a task when talking with a client so you are reminded to complete it once you are back in the office.

  • Mark Tasks as complete.

  • Tap on tasks to expand them to see the full text/description.

  • Tap on the name of a contact within a task to view the contact's profile.

Having easy access to your MLS Listing data and quick links via the BoldTrail mobile app allows you to easily work while out of the office or on the road. You are able to search for properties, email or text listings to new or current contacts, and post listings to social media all on your cell phone!

  • Search for listings

Mobile App Quick Tour

Navigate to each section using the main menu options along the bottom:

 

  • Logout when you need to by using the menu option on the bottom right.

  • While on the Contacts tab, you can add new contacts, or while on the Tasks tab, you can add new tasks with the 'add' button on the top right.

 

  • You can swipe between specific sub-pages in the mobile app for ease of navigation:

    • Homepage: Inbox, Activity, Notifications

    • Listings: All Listings, My Listings

    • Contacts: My Contacts, All Contacts, Status, Saved Filters

    • Contact Profile: Timeline, Tasks, Profile

Menu Items

  • Access the mobile help desk from within your app to chat with the support team

  • Links to the Open House App.

  • Access push notification settings.

  • Find quick links to your Marketing Autopilot & Lead Engine
