Overview
Currently, you can connect SkySlope to BoldTrail, and the system will display all of your transactions within the Deals tab from the main navigation on the left-hand side.
Important Information to Know
If SkySlope is connected by an Admin, Agents within that entity with a matching email will automatically have access to their SkySlope transactions within the system.
After SkySlope is connected, Agents will be able to see the transactions which they are connected to. The system does this by cross-referencing the Agent's email address.
How to Connect SkySlope
1. Visit the Marketplace.
2. Find the SkySlope tile by using the search bar, or scrolling down the list. Click Learn More on the SkySlope tile. This will open a popup with a button to add it to BoldTrail.
If you already have a SkySlope account, there will be no additional cost as you already subscribe to their services.
3. After clicking 'Add to BoldTrail', enter your Access Key and Secret. You must be a SkySlope Administrator.

Finding Your Transactions
After clicking into the Deals tab, you should see all of the transactions you are connected to as an Agent. As an Admin you should see all the transactions for your Agency. The system finds contact info by email address to associate it in different ways.
TIP: Clicking on a transaction name or number within the Transactions tab does NOT bring you into the transaction, this only highlights an overview from the transactions tab.
How to Link Your Transaction to a Specific Contact, Agent, or Lender
You can associate a transaction with a specific Agent, Contact, or Lender.
1. Select the transaction from the list using the checkbox to the left of the transaction name.
2. Use one of the buttons at the top to search for and connect the transaction with that person.
When the search box pops up, begin typing the name of the client, Agent or Lender.
How to Create a Transaction in BoldTrail to Sync to SkySlope
Users can create transactions for SkySlope in two scenarios:
The user used their own credentials to authenticate
The user’s SkySlope Admin used their own credentials to authenticate and the user’s email address matches in BoldTrail and SkySlope
If you meet one of the above qualifications you can create a transaction from the 'Transactions' tab. There, select the '+ Create Transaction' button. Choose the transaction type, add the appropriate information and click 'Create'.
Transaction Statuses in Skyslope
Transaction statuses in Skyslope do impact the status of the contact in BoldTrail if they have a transaction attached to the lead profile. The relation between Skyslope Transaction status and the BoldTrail CRM status is as follows:

How to Disconnect SkySlope After It's Been Set Up
SkySlope can be disconnected by our Support team. If you'd like to disconnect your SkySlope account please reach out to Support using the blue button on the bottom right of your Dashboard.
