This function is intended for you to combine two technically different leads into one. What that means is if someone signs up on your K+ site twice with two different emails, you can merge all of the information from both lead profiles into one of the profiles of your choosing. So, you would need to pick which email takes precedence. Often times leads may register and then later on are more active on a separate email address. That's what this tool will resolve.

1. Open the lead profile tab

2. Scroll down to 'Combine Lead'

3. Type in the email that matches the lead you wish to merge into the lead you are viewing. It will remove the other profile and combine all of the information from it, into the lead you are viewing. Click 'Update Info' after the email you want to merge info from is selected.
