There are many marketing rules and regulations that have far-reaching effects both on us and you. The restrictions we have in place are necessary for compliance with the law and to play nice with other email servers that you are sending messages to.
There's already so much going out from the system automatically that there shouldn't be too many situations where you have to send a message by hand.
Current Text Restrictions for mass texting:
1 text per 7 days. If the recipient responds to you, you have a three day window where you can reply to them before the 7 day rule is re-engaged.
50 texts can be sent at a time, maximum.
You can text individual leads on the correspondence tab or via the lead details page without any restriction.
