Overview
There are times when you'll want to send a mass email or text to your clients, and scheduling an email just won't do. Good news - you can mass email and text your leads directly from your Smart CRM in BoldTrail.
How to Mass Email/Text Your Contacts
First, access your CRM using the 'Contacts' button in the main navigation on the left side.
Once you are viewing your contacts, you can filter out a group of them to select, or if you'd like, simply select them all by checking the box at the top of the list!
Please Note: You can send up to 250 emails/texts at once time. Change the 'Rows' to 250 to email/text the maximum.
Once you have made a selection of one or more contacts, click on either the 'Email' or 'Text' button to send a message to them.
A modal will appear giving you the chance to write your email or text depending on which you choose.
After clicking 'Send' your emails and texts will be queued up to send.
Mass/Smart Campaign Text Limit
Important: To ensure compliance with anti-spam laws and protect users, BoldTrail limits the number of mass texts or campaign texts that can be sent to a lead to one per day. Smart Campaign and Mass text actions must be spaced 24 hrs apart.
In the event of multiple texts scheduled to be sent within that same day, any attempts after the first will not be delivered and a note will be added to the lead's timeline indicating the send failure.
Please Note: A 'day' is defined as midnight-midnight in your Office timezone.

Mass emails send in batches to avoid messages being flagged as spam. This means that although you schedule a time, all emails will not be sent right at that minute. Please allow up to 24 hours (for a large number of contacts) for your mass emails to send. If after 24 hours the email has not been sent to all contacts reach out to Support.
When emailing from BoldTrail your name will show to the contact and it will say 'via kunversion'. This is normal and cannot be removed. You can just let your contacts know that it's the email platform you use to communicate with them.
