There are times when you'll want to send a mass email or text to your clients, and scheduling an email just won't do. Good news - you can mass email and text your leads directly from your Smart CRM in kvCORE.
How to Mass Email/Text Your Contacts
First, access your Smart CRM using the main navigation on the left side.
Once you are viewing your contacts, you can filter out a group of them to select, or if you'd like, simply select them all by checking the box at the top of the list!
Please Note: You can send up to 250 emails/texts at once time. Change the 'Rows' to 250 to email/text the maximum.
Once you have made a selection of one or more contacts, click on either the 'Mass Email' or 'Mass Text' button to send a message to them.
A modal will appear giving you the chance to write your email or text depending on which you choose.
After clicking 'Send' your emails and texts will be queued up to send.

When emailing from kvCORE your name will show to the contact and it will say 'via kunversion'. This is normal and cannot be removed. You can just let your contacts know that it's the email platform you use to communicate with them.
