Learn best practices for kvCORE and time blocking your day.

It’s important to create a daily plan and STICK WITH IT. We recommend the use of this best practice weekly scheduler to break down your days to get the most out of system. Adjust hours to best suit your day

Monday

7-8 am: Free lead generation: ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments.

4-7pm: Call all inactive leads starting from most recent inactive to oldest inactive

7-8pm: Free lead generation.

Tuesday

7-8 am: Free lead generation. Ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments.

4-7pm: Call all active leads for last 48 hrs. and send updated text of properties

7-8pm: Free lead generation.

Wednesday

7-8 am: Free lead generation. Ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments.

4-7pm: Call all inactive leads starting from most recent inactive to oldest inactive (continue from where you left off then start over).

7-8 pm: Free lead generation.

Thursday

7-8 am: Free lead generation. Ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments.

12-3 pm: Mass text all inactive leads (only 2x a month).

4-7 pm: Call all active leads for last 48 hrs. and send updated text of properties.

7-8 pm: Free lead generation .

Friday

7-8 am: Free lead generation. Ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments.

12-3 pm: Mass text all seller leads 1x every 2 weeks with a new listing in neighborhood.

4-7 pm: Call all inactive leads starting from most recent inactive to oldest inactive (continue from where you left off then start over).

7-8 pm: Free lead generation.

Saturday

7-8 am: Free lead generation. Ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments.

10-12: Call/Text all active leads.

7-8 pm: Free lead generation

Sunday

7-8 am: Free lead generation. Ensure all new leads are set up on alerts. Review all active leads and make any needed adjustments
