The system will use the Smart Number of which is associated with the brokerage. The Smart Number that is used to communicate with your contacts may be selected by you in some cases. 

When it sends texts automatically, the system picks the most specific number, meaning if you are on an office and a team, because the team is more specific than the office, the team number is used. The ranking of smart numbers is: agent > team > office. 

Users can also purchase their own Smart Number within the kvCORE Marketplace. 

The Smart Number (plural if you have purchased your own) will be found via Lead Engine>Call Capture
