No thumbnail or image for my video appears when I paste the link in.

Videos you want to use in advanced emails in kvCORE must be set to public for the editor to retrieve an image preview.

Q. I pasted my video link in, but I'm not getting a preview of the thumbnail image in my draft or test email, what is happening?

A. Check the video link that you are wanting to use and be sure it isn't marked "Private" or "Unlisted". It must be PUBLIC for people to view.
