kvCORE can automate email and text message follow up with your contacts on their birthdays and purchase anniversaries.

With the Birthday setting enabled, birthday emails and text messages are automatically sent to contacts on their birthdays. A birthday wish goes a long way in strengthening client relationships and driving engagement with your sphere.

With the Purchase anniversary setting enabled, emails and text messages are sent annually contacts in celebration of closed deals. An annual 'congrats!' boosts customer delight and helps cement loyalty with your clients.  

Birthday messages:

Users can select lead statuses for birthday messages in Marketing Autopilot. When a status is toggled on, all leads of this status will receive an annual automated birthday message. Customize messages further by clicking “Change Template.” The system defaults to sending a text. If a contact unsubscribes from texts or no phone number is on file, the system will send an email.
  

Note: The birthday field in a lead profile (under More Details) must be filled out in order for a birthday message to fire.

To automate birthday messages:

  • Go to 'Marketing Autopilot'
  • Click 'Learn More' on the Birthdays & Anniversaries tile
  • On the 'Birthdays' section under 'Contact Types', select the contact statuses you'd like birthday messages to send to (ex: Sphere, Client, etc.) 
  • On the 'Birthdays' section under 'Behaviors', select the templates you'd like to use for the birthday email and text message. You can choose to send the birthday message on, before, or after the birthday date noted in a contact's profile. For example, you can choose to send the birthday message a couple of days before or after the actual birthday date.  
  • Save your changes

Upon activation, lead profile birthday fields will include an icon and tooltip indicative of the annual message. Remove the campaign for individuals by clicking to edit the date.

Disclaimer: The birthyear has to be older than ten years ago in order for the text/email automation to send out properly.

Purchase Anniversary messages:

Users can select lead statuses for anniversary messages in Marketing Autopilot. When a status is toggled on, all leads of this status will receive an annual automated anniversary message. Customize messages further by clicking “Change Template.” The system defaults to sending a text. If a contact unsubscribes from texts or no phone number is on file, the system will send an email.
  

Note: The last closed field in a lead profile (under Options) must be filled out in order for an anniversary message to fire.

To automate anniversary messages:

  • Go to 'Marketing Autopilot'
  • Click 'Learn More' on the Birthdays & Anniversaries tile
  • On the 'Anniversary of Purchase' section under 'Contact Types', select the contact statuses you'd like birthday messages to send to (ex: Sphere, Client, etc.) 
  • On the 'Anniversary of Purchase' section under 'Behaviors', select the templates you'd like to use for the anniversary email and text messageYou can choose to send the anniversary message on, before, or after the birthday date noted in a contact's profile
