In order to purchase a CORE Print piece, you will first need to log into your kvCORE account.

Please Note: CORE Print must be purchased by a kvCORE Account Owner and they must reach out to their Account Manager in order to do so. If you do not have a 'CORE Print' tab in the left-hand navigation menu in your kvCORE account, you will need to reach out to your Office Admin or Broker. Once you are in your kvCORE account, click the CORE Print tab to the left in order to be taken to Deluxe's website.

From there you will be able to browse the various print products and select one for purchase.

Purchasing a CORE Print Piece

From your CORE Print dashboard, click on the Print tab along the top and choose which product you would like to purchase.

For this example, we clicked on Postcards under CORE Print Exclusives. By default, it will display all the listing-specific options, but if you would like to choose a different type of postcard you may do so by clicking on the Postcards section to the left.

Once you have chosen the type of postcard you would like to order simply click on the orange 'Order' button to begin the customizing and checkout process.

The first page will have you set the text for your postcard, including name, title, REALTORĀ® designation, text, code, office address, and property information.

Once you click the orange "Continue" button, you will have the opportunity to select and position your desired images. You are able to choose an MLS image from one of your listing-specific galleries or you can upload a non-MLS image from your computer.

Once you have selected your desired image, click on the green "Continue" button in the top right.

This will take you to a page where you are able to view the proof and, if needed, edit the text and/or replace the image.

When you are satisfied with your proof, click the "Approve Proof" button in neon green in the top right corner.

It will ask you to confirm that the proof is exactly how you would like it printed. If you click "Proceed to Cart", you will be taken to your Shopping Cart where you can apply a promo code, save the piece for later, edit it one last time, or proceed to entering your billing info.

You will need to then click into Mailing Info and choose how you would like Deluxe to mail your CORE Print pieces.

You have a few options when it comes to mailing your print pieces:

  1. Mail My Order - Deluxe will print and mail your CORE Print product to your chosen mailing list. You will need to choose a Mailing List from the "How would you like your order Mailed?" section.
  2. Mail My Order and Ship Some To Me - Deluxe will print and mail your CORE Print product to your chosen mailing list and send you a batch of non-mailed pieces. You will need to choose an amount for them to send you from the "How many Non-Mailed pieces would you like Shipped to you?" section.
  3. Ship My Order - Deluxe will print and mail your CORE Print product to you directly. You will need to choose an amount for them to send from the "How many Non-Mailed pieces would you like Shipped to you?" section.
  4. Address My Order and Ship To Me - Deluxe will print and mail your CORE Print product to you directly with each piece pre-addressed. You will need to choose a Mailing List from the "How would you like your order Mailed?" section.
  5. Download PDF Only - Deluxe will send you an email with a link to download a PDF version of your CORE Print product; this is useful if you want to digitally send a print piece to a list of contacts or if you would like to download and physically print the pieces yourself.

You also have the ability to schedule an order ahead of time for each of the above options.

Once you have selected your desired options you can click the orange "Checkout" button on the top or bottom right in order to enter your billing details.

And that's it! You'll receive a confirmation email regarding your order and Deluxe will start printing and mailing/shipping, depending on your above choice.
