kvCORE is a very robust real estate platform to run your business on with tools for every aspect; from lead generation and nurturing all the way up to listing and transaction management.
While there are many resources for all types of users to take advantage of (the CORE Learning Portal, this Support Portal, and the Agent Quick Start) for self-learning and live group webinars, it can be extremely helpful to have an expert coach take a look at how the platform is being used and offer tips on how to see better conversions.
You have the ability to take advantage of one or more private, hour-long sessions with an Inside Real Estate Business Growth specialist who will do exactly that: review your goals and compare them to how you are currently using kvCORE's tools in order to provide you with specific strategies to follow for more listings, leads, and closings.
Please Note: These coaching sessions are kvCORE-specific and will not delve into how you can optimize any other platforms you may be using, like CORE ListingMachine or CORE BackOffice.

Purchasing a 1-on-1 Coaching Session
Because the goal of these coaching sessions is to give you specific, personalized strategy plans, each session is recorded and shared with you afterward.
Please Note: Each session is limited to one participant so if you are an Admin looking for group training, please reach out to your Account Manager. The only exception to this is if you are part of a two-person team (husband/wife, agent/ISA, etc...); you may have your partner or assistant join the session using the Zoom link provided to you post-booking.
To get started, just log into your kvCORE account and navigate to your Marketplace tab. Scroll down until you see the 1:1 Coaching Session tile and click "Learn More". Pricing is displayed within the Marketplace tab.
Once you have submitted your billing information you will be taken to a calendar list of available times to book your one-hour coaching session.
Please Note: While there is no limit on how many individual sessions you may purchase, there are no refunds or reschedules for cancellations and missed or forgotten appointments.
You are allowed to reschedule your session four or more hours in advance, but once the four-hour limit is reached prior to your session no reschedules or refunds will be considered.
In order to reschedule four hours prior to your session, you MUST use the reschedule link in the confirmation email that you received after booking your session.
TIP: Because Inside Real Estate's Support Team is unable to assist you with rescheduling remember to use your primary email address and do not delete the email until after your coaching session!
Preparing for the 1-On-1 Coaching Session
If you do not already have Zoom downloaded on your desktop or laptop computer or if you prefer to join the Zoom session via mobile device, you can easily do so ahead of time using these links:
You will also want to make a list of your business goals and the strategies you are currently using to obtain those using kvCORE. If you do not know where to start, think about what you want to accomplish with your business in general. Do you want a particular number of closings within the next year? Do you want to reach a general range of leads generated each month?
You can also make a list of tools or features within kvCORE that you would like to know more about, whether that is simply how to use them to their fullest individual potential or if you want to get more advanced and use them together to automate large portions of your business processes.
TIP: These coaching sessions do not replace the Agent, Admin or Lender Quick Start. It is strongly recommended you fully complete those CORE Learning Portal courses prior to purchasing a private coaching session in order to take full advantage of all your kvCORE learning resources and get the most out of the session.
