[CORE BackOffice] How to Add Staff Users and Edit Their Permissions

Go to My Account.

Click on Staff Users.

Click on Add User.

Enter the staff user's email address.

Note - If you have a kvCORE account you will not want to sync these users to your kvCORE account.

Assign Office Location - Choose from the drop-down if you have office locations set up.

Click on Add User.

Change the user’s status to Active.

Enter their First and Last name.

Their office location can be changed using the drop-down menu.

Staff User Permissions (Pro Package Accounts Only)

Below are the permissions for the admin/staff users and descriptions of each item.

Restrict User to Specific Office Only: Limits the admin/staff user to only access one office location.

Restrict User to Specific Team Only: Allow user to pay agents & vendors via Payment Gateway.

Account Created: Indicates whether the admin/staff user has created a password and set up their admin account (entered their First and Last name).

Allow User to Pay Agents Using ACH Transfer: Allows the admin/staff users to pay agents using ACH (located in the pay agent tab after a disbursement has been created).

Agent Access Only: Gives the admin/staff user access to only the Agent's section.

Transaction Access Only: The staff user will only see the Transactions tab to view transactions.

Report Access Only: The staff user will only see the Reports tab to get to the page with all the reports.

Don’t Allow Staff User to Approve Disbursements: Removes the ability for the admin/staff to select approved/ sent to escrow in the task checklist.

Don't Allow Staff Users to Change Commission Plan: This only applies to commission plans used on a transaction and not within an Agent's profile

Super Admin: Allows the admin/ staff user to have full access to the system, they would have the same access as the broker. This includes the ability to set up and make changes to integrations.

Allow User to Pay Agents & Vendors via Payment Gateway: Gives the user the ability to pay using Payment Gateway for accounts with eCommission.

Don’t Allow Staff Users to Get Approved Disbursement Email: This will remove their name from the drop-down of names to email a request for approval.

Don't Allow User to Delete Disbursements Once 100% Complete

Don't Allow User to Edit or Delete Disbursement Once the Disbursement is Approved.

Hide Agents’ Account Info Box: This permission will hide the Agents username and password field so the staff user is not able to make changes to their login information.

Don’t Allow User to Close Out Transactions: Locks the user from closing a transaction on the pay agent tab.

Hides the below options:

Click Save User if you edit this setting.
