What is it?

Authy is a two factor authentication app that will generate two factor authentication codes (aka tokens). These codes will be required to be entered in when using the following features in your account:

  • Paying agents via ACH

  • Transferring payments from Dwolla Balance

  • Logging in

Why should I use it?

Safer, more secure, and more reliable.

Authentication codes (also referred to as tokens) may not be delivered to your phone due to high network traffic or spam filters established by your cell phone provider. The best resolution for this problem would be to install the app either on your phone or computer by going.

If you don't want to receive 2 factor codes on your phone you can download the desktop app and receive the codes on your app on your computer.

I lost my phone, what do I do?

If your phone has been lost, stolen, or is inaccessible because it’s broken in some way, Authy has options for you to help restore access as quickly and securely as possible.

How do I use it?

The app can be downloaded to either your phone or PC. Please go here to download the app https://authy.com/download/ or go to https://authy.com/ and look for the download button.

Do I need a code from CORE Back Office to set this up?

We don't have a code for setting this up. Please trigger an authentication code by logging in or initiating a payment. The code will then generate automatically.
