Drivetime data can be a valuable resource for buyers trying to decide between different locations or for sellers looking to increase their property's attraction to those buyers. Inside Real Estate partners with INRIX in order to provide this add-on data at a low monthly cost.
Drivetime data will show a list of properties that are a specified distance from the chosen address in 15-minute intervals starting with 15 minutes away up to 90 minutes away. Searchers can narrow their property options down to those within their desired distance from school, work, a place of worship, and more.
Similar to the Local Logic add-on, Inrix drivetime enhances your website visitors' searches and empowers them to make informed home-buying decisions.
To get started, just log into your kvCORE account and navigate to your Marketplace tab. Scroll down until you see the Inrix Drivetime tile and click "Learn More". Pricing is displayed within the Marketplace tab.
Inrix Drivetime At A Glance
Once the add-on has been purchased, a 'Drive' icon will appear to the left of the Map view for property searches on your kvCORE website.
Please Note: In order for visitors to use this option, they must be looking at the Map view of search results on your website. In order to set your search results view to Map by default, please click here.
Clicking on the 'Drive' icon will bring up an 'Address' field along with a 'Drive Time' drop-down where visitors can choose how far away from that address they are willing to look for properties.
For instance, they can add the address for their children's school, set the drive time distance at 30 minutes, and see a list of properties within that radius.
TIP: Drive time is calculated based on a typical Wednesday's traffic at 9am local time. It cannot be changed at this time.
The polygon boundary that indicates the area of matching listings is automatically applied in order to visually show where the searcher's options are located. Currently, only one location at a time can be used to display drive time.
