With kvCORE, you have the ability to export the contacts that you own. This article will help guide you through the process of exporting your contacts from kvCORE in mass.

This can work in different ways depending on your user level in kvCORE which means if you are an Admin within kvCORE then you will have extra options for exporting leads. Agents can export their Agent-Owned leads, and the Admins can export their respected Company or Team-Owned leads. The basic function of this is that you can only export leads in which you or your Admin privilege allows.

Note: Lead Duplication and Lead Privacy must be turned on in order to export Agent or Company/Team Owned Contacts as well as filtering the contacts to export specific Contacts.

How to Export Contacts (Basic)?

With this method, you will be exporting the entire list of contacts that are owned by the individual if you are an Agent. If you are an Admin then you will export the list of contacts in which you are the Admin of. For example, if you are a Company Admin, you can export all of the Company owned leads.

Step 1. - Click on the Smart CRM tab from the main navigation menu of kvCORE.

Step 2. - Click on the More Actions tab and from that dropdown menu and select 'Export Contacts'.

Step 3. - Type the email address of which you would like to receive the exported contact list (the email address linked to your kvCORE account will automatically populate).

Step 4. - Click 'Export' on the bottom left. A popup will appear confirming your export.

How to Export Specific contacts (Advanced)?

You can export specific contacts by using the filter in the Smart CRM. This is similar to the Basic method but just with a couple of additional steps. The method allows for a Mass export of leads that meet applied criteria, such as

Step 1. - Click on the Smart CRM tab from the main navigation menu of kvCORE.

Step 2. - Click on the 'Filters' tab and set the specific criteria for which leads you are looking to export and apply the filter. Examples of this could be based on the contacts status, behavior, etc. (also note that this will only be applied to the contacts that you own).

Disclaimer: You can see under the 'Assigned Users' tab within the filter the ability to sort through the contact owner. This will show which leads will actually be allowed to be exported via your user permissions. Examples of this are that Agents can export Agent-owned Leads, Admins can export Company or Team-owned leads.

Step 3. - After the filter has been applied click on the 'More Actions' tab and from the dropdown select 'Export Contacts'.
