The ability to create and print address labels for free can be a huge benefit for any real estate agent's business, especially if you regularly send personalized postal mail or postcards to your Leads or current and past Clients.
You can easily export contacts' names and addresses within kvCORE using the 'More Actions' drop-down in your Smart CRM. Once you have the PDF you can print the list directly onto mailing label sticker sheets or send it to a direct mailer vendor to use on your behalf.
TIP: kvCORE's mailing labels are sized for Avery 5160 specifications (1in x 2 & 5/8in) so keep this in mind when deciding how to print and use them. Avery 5160 is pretty standard for a mailing label so it should work for most print pieces, but you should double-check that they will work for any postcards or printer you are using.
Exporting Contact Addresses
In order to use the labels you must first export a list of the contact addresses you need into a PDF.
1. Log into your kvCORE account.
2. Navigate to the Smart CRM tab to the left.
3. Filter for the contacts you would like to export the addresses for.
TIP: Use hashtags to quickly group the list of contacts you want together so you only have to export one list instead of individual addresses!
4. Check the boxes next to the names of the desired contacts.
Please Note: A max of 250 labels may be printed at a time.
5. Click on the 'More Actions' drop-down menu at the top of the contacts table.
6. Choose 'Print Address Labels' from the drop-down menu that appears.
A notification box will appear confirming the number of addresses that were found versus the number of contacts you chose.
TIP: If a selected contact has multiple addresses in their contact record, only the primary address will be exported.
Once you click the green "Export" button, a PDF file will automatically download and open in a new web browser tab for you to review. You can then print, download a secondary copy of the PDF, or access more options in the top right corner of the preview.
Spouse and Title Information
Using the toggles you can include spouse name, titles, or 'Or Current Resident' on your mailing labels.
TIP: Titles can be updated from the Contact Record by going to the 'Profile Details' at the top.
