Listing presentations can be broken up into 3 parts:
Pulling the CMA.
Building the Presentation.
Presenting the Information.
In Present, the first step is to build a CMA so that data can be used throughout the slides in the presentation.
Creating a CMA
Just like with dashCMA, the CMA tool is made up of 3 parts:
The Client and Subject Property information.
The CMA Pricing Picture.
The Market Assessment tiles.
TIP: If you are new to Present and did not previously have dashCMA, you should review the three articles above prior to creating a CMA in Present so you are familiar with how the different features work.
Log into BoldTrail and click on the Marketing tab on your left-hand menu. Select Present > Get Started.
Choose whether this listing presentation is for a Seller or Buyer. Note that certain formats do not have the ability to include a CMA.
TIP: If you want to skip past the CMA step, you can select General Presentation to access the presentation tools.
Enter the property's information and verify the details are correct. You can select Auto to allow Present to find comparables automatically, or Manual to add your own MLS IDs.
For instructions on creating your own custom comparables, click here.
Note: If you do not need to review the comparable properties that Present has pulled, you can click the blue "Skip to Presentation" button. This is helpful if you are rebuilding a previously generated CMA for an updated listing presentation.
Click the blue Next: Build CMA button.
Review the CMA data and adjust the information used/displayed as desired.
For more information on the CMA's pricing picture, click here.
For more information on the Market Assessment tiles, click here.
Once you are satisfied with the comparables and displayed data, click the blue Create Presentation button on the top right.
CMA Only Presentations
If you are rebuilding a CMA to send to a client or just wish to save the CMA without creating an entire presentation around it, you can click the blue Save CMA Only button instead.
You can then access that CMA report in your Past Presentations section.
Please Note: The Save CMA Only function will only save the CMA report details. If you use the Save CMA Only option and come back to edit the presentation, any changes to your slides and images will not be saved.
If you would like to include a full presentation with your CMA to send to your leads, you will need to use the Create Presentation button to finalize your presentation within the system. This locks in the changes, which is required for the Save CMA Only feature to function properly.
Once you've finalized your presentation, you can re-open it from the Past Presentations menu and use the Save CMA Only option as needed.
