Some contain general, static information that are not property specific, showing related information about the market, why they should work with an Agent, and misconceptions around pricing to name a few. A handful of other slides display property specific information and CMA data.

List of Slides

CORE Present has a total of 26 slides available for use with a mix of interactive and non-interactive options. They are all designed as an opening for you to have a conversation with your Seller or Buyer on that particular topic.

If you would like to access all the slides in the system, click into an existing presentation or create a new one, click the "+ Add Slide" button at the bottom of any slide section, and click into the All Slides tab at the top.

The first slide will always be the Cover Page and have the property address along with your logo(s) and name.

You can upload a property photo to replace the blank background as desired. You also have the ability to update who the presentation is prepared for, as well as the tagline info.

The slides are all categorized into 1 of 4 sections. Depending on whether you are building a presentation for a Seller, Buyer, or a non-property-specific conversation, you will see only the relevant slides in each section.

You do not have to use every slide for every presentation you create and CORE Present will automatically include suggested slides along with any that you have added as default slides for a Seller/Buyer presentation.

This slide contains your contact information and a call to action for the Seller or Buyer you created this presentation for. Both the "Let's Get Started" button as well as the "I Need More Time/Info" button are clickable.

The "Let's Get Started" button opens the listing agreement you added to the presentation when you were creating it so they can jump start their relationship with you.

If you do not attach a listing agreement to the presentation, a simple message will appear saying you will be in touch.

To learn more about creating a presentation and adding a listing agreement, click here.

The "I Need More Time/Info" button asks the viewer why they do not feel ready to move forward.

It is designed to help you and your Broker/Admin identify where prospective Sellers and Buyers get stuck. In turn, this knowledge can be used to prepare strategies that will reassure and propel a Seller or Buyer forward.
