Occasionally, you may have a need to include an attachment in an email you are sending to your contacts, whether it is informational or a form they need to fill out and return - kvCORE has got you covered.
While there is currently no 'attachment' option within the email editor tools kvCORE offers, there is still a way for you to send these documents to your contacts within kvCORE using the Advanced Email Editor. To learn more about the Advanced Email Editor, click here.
At this time attachments can only be added using the advanced email editor. When sending an email click the 'Advanced Editor' button to switch from the Basic Editor.
Please Note: If you change editors your work will not be saved.
Your attachment will be added using the 'Button' tile. To get it added into your email body you'll need to drag the 'Button' tile into the editor as shown below.
Then, click on the Button that's been added and click the 'Link File' link on the right-hand side.
From there, click on the blue 'Upload' button and you can browse for the file you'd like to attach in the pop-up window. After you select the file, just click 'Insert' and it will link the file to the Button in the email.
This isn't a traditional attachment but it will allow your contacts to download the file by clicking on the Button.
