Marketing Made Easy - and Smart

ListingMachine takes the time and hassle out of promoting your listings with a fully automated print & digital marketing suite, including social media posts. Connected directly to your MLS, ListingMachine pulls in property details and automatically creates a complete marketing campaign for each stage of your listing’s life cycle: Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced and Sold.

Please Note: ListingMachine works in tandem with the DesignCenter!


How ListingMachine Works

1 Create Settings

Create a kit for specific types of listings, i.e. “luxury listings” or “Eastside listings”. You set the criteria, pick listing lifecycle status and pick which designs get created. Or simply use the default provided kit.

2 New Listing Materials

When you have a listing that matches the criteria of a kit, new marketing materials will automatically be created. You will be sent an email to notifiy you that new materials are ready to be used.

3 Take Action

Access the created materials and use them in your marketing efforts for that listing. Download, print, share, or post to social media. Each time your listing changes to a different listing lifecycle status a new kit of materials will be created.


How to Access ListingMachine

Access ListingMachine easily by clicking on the 'Marketing' tab, then selecting 'Get Started' under 'ListingMachine'.


My Listings

You can view your listings and associated assets directly from ListingMachine. Use the carousel to see all listings, and click 'View Assets' under the specific listing you wish to view.

Admins Please Note: Only your personal listings will populate under the 'My Listings' section within ListingMachine. You will not be able to see your Agents or entity listings.


Marketing Listing Kits

View your Marketing Listing Kits from the main page of ListingMachine.

Admins Please Note: You can view the Kits for all of the entities of which you're an Admin by using the Scope Selector at the top of the section.

What is a listing kit? How do you create one?

Designate a set of marketing materials to be automatically created for a category
of listings, matching the right materials to the right listings with Listing Kits.

Admins can create default kits to automatically create marketing materials for their Agent's listings. Agents also have the ability to create their own custom kits.

To create Listing Kits from ListingMachine main page, click the green '+Create New Kit' button on the righthand side.

Fill out each section with your Listing Kit preferences.

What do the settings in a listing kit affect?

General Settings:

  • Kit Name - The name that will display for this kit.

  • Notify Me When Assets Are Ready - When this setting is enabled, you will receive an email and text message notifications notifying you that the assets for this particular kit have been created.

Note: Agents may toggle their listing kit notifications on or off within their Kit Settings. This toggle is available at the Agent level only.

Rule/Logic:

  • Which Listings Apply to This Kit?

    • All Listings - All Listings that are added will have these assets created.

    • Certain Listings - Only listings with specified criteria will have these assets made.

      • Listing Critera - Including listing price, location, or type.

Listing Lifecycle:

  • Listing Status - Select the listing statuses that you'd like the kit to run for

    • e.g. You want this kit to be created for New Listings and Open Houses

    • Please Note: The 'Just Listed' status must be selected in order to select the Video template.

Included Materials:

  • Brand As - Select Agent, Co-Agent, Team, or Brokerage

  • Please Note: Only one branding option can be selected per automation kit.

Add the designs you would like to use for each listing status by clicking '+Add'.

Social Autoposting (Agent Only):

  • Connected Social Media Accounts - Add which social media connections you'd like an auto post created for with this Listing Kit

I'm an Admin - what settings can I enable for my entity?

  • Entity - Choose the entity you'd like to apply the Listing Kit to (Company, Office, Team, or individual Agent)

  • Always Active - When this lock setting is enabled Agents will not be able to turn this Listing Kit off in their account.

  • Always Prioritize - When this lock setting is enabled this Listing Kit will run before any other enabled existing kits.

    • Please Note: If multiple Listing Kits have 'Always Prioritize' enabled, the kits will run in order of date created.

How can I change logos, colors, etc?

You can update settings from the Settings & Media library from the top right corner of the DesignCenter.

TIP: Set your preferences for colors, fonts, and logos. If a specific marketing material needs different settings you can change them directly from the individual template - just click into the individual sections to change them.

Please Note: Only Admins will have the entity and lock features. If an Admin locks a feature it may not be edited at the Agent level.
