We recommend all users start off on the correct foot by getting to know our BoldTrail Categories (Status, Hashtag, Deal Type & Source). These categories are not only essential for organizing your contacts but play an important role in how the automation functions. Watch the video or read the article linked below to dive in!

Looking to go above and beyond the topics touched upon in Orientation? Feel free to preview our BoldTrail Agent Quick Start Webinar series before your launch. (Keep in mind this step is optional. You will be encouraged to review this Agent Quick Start series during your onboarding training.)

We encourage you to put what you’ve learned into practice by organizing your current database to prepare for import into your new BoldTrail account on launch day.
