Behavioral Triggers Overview

Behavioral Triggers are a series of high-interest actions a lead may take on your website that will trigger personalized outreach from the Concierge. These actions are designed to maximize quick conversion opportunities by immediately following up with the lead when a specific action is taken.

Instant Call & Text Follow-Up

Leads who take the following high-interest actions on your website will receive personalized call and text follow up:

  • Showing request

  • Ask a question

  • Listing favorited

Long-Term Text Engagement

Additional triggers capture leads showing interest over time, such as viewing multiple properties or returning to your site.

  • Lead views a property 3 times

  • Lead views 5 properties within 1 day

  • Lead views 10 properties within 1 week

  • Lead visits your site 5 times within 1 week

  • Lead re-visits your site after 14 days

Enabling Behavioral Triggers

Behavioral triggers are set to ON by default within the system, providing prioritized outreach for leads at no additional cost. Leads matching your Success Assurance ownership, assignment and source criteria settings and exhibit key behaviors will count toward your monthly allotment.

However, If you prefer to avoid overages, you may disable this feature anytime.

Concierge Qualified Toggle

In order to review the value of your Success Assurance engagement, you can use the Concierge Qualified toggle to filter and track leads that were historically marked as Conversation Ready.

To access the Concierge Qualified toggle:

  • Click on Contacts from the left-hand menu.

  • In your Filters, scroll down to Concierge.

  • Click on Concierge Status.

  • Select the the Concierge Qualified toggle.

This toggle will allow you to see all leads that have ever entered a conversation ready state, regardless of their current status. You will find some leads that are waiting on you, but you may also find some that you have decided to send back to the concierge.
