Overview
The Delegated User Access feature is designed for centralized management of multiple accounts within a brokerage or enterprise. It allows administrative users to manage settings, campaigns, and templates at a parent account level, syncing them across connected child accounts.
What is a Delegated User?
A Delegated User profile is an administrative account with elevated permissions that enables the user to impersonate existing users.
Centralized control: Manage settings, campaigns, and templates for multiple child accounts.
Efficiency: Push down standardized branding and content across an organization.
Role-based access: Limit access to sensitive features to Admins only.
How It Works
A brokerage or enterprise designates one account as the parent
All other accounts under the organization are designated as child accounts.
The parent account is used to manage global settings that cascade down to child accounts.
Key Functionalities of a Delegated User Account

Delegated Users can:
Create campaigns at the parent level.

Centralized Branding Updates
Easily update email templates with brand colors and approved verbiage, then push them to all child accounts, saving time for local offices.
Efficient Onboarding
When onboarding new franchises, the Delegated User Account can provide ready-made templates and campaigns to child accounts, reducing setup time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who gets Delegated User access?
Only designated users with administrative roles at the parent level can access a Delegated User account.
Can child accounts edit pushed campaigns or templates?
No, campaigns and templates created and enabled by the Delegated User are locked. Child accounts can only clone and modify them for local use.
I want to push a campaign to my child accounts but I want them to have the ability to edit branding. Is this possible?
No, campaigns and templates created and enabled by the Delegated User are locked. In this case you could create a base campaign at either the Delegated User or Company Admin level and the child accounts will need to clone and modify them.
Can a Delegated User view Agents in child accounts?
No, Agent data is only visible within the specific child account. The Delegated User account is designed to manage global settings, not individual Agent data.
What happens if I update a campaign at the account level?
Updates to campaigns by a Delegated User in the parent account automatically sync with child accounts. However, cloned campaigns or templates in child accounts remain unaffected.
What features are exclusive to the Delegated Users?
Campaign sync.
Template management across accounts.
Centralized control of branding elements.
Can Delegated User Activity be Logged/Tracked in the Primary Agents Account?
No. At this time, there is no logic built within the system that captures Delegated User activity. All activities performed by a Delegated User would show as if the Agent themself performed them.
Do Delegated User profiles count against the Max User License count of a subscription?
No. A Delegated User profile is not a full license - it is simply a profile that gives access to an existing user account.
