As part of eXp’s evolving agent offerings, we’re transitioning away from the 360 Home customization to support modern consumer search through CoreHome for eligible agents.
This article outlines what is changing, what is not changing, and what to expect next.
What’s Changing for Agents
Team Add-On Customers (Pro or Plus)
Agents with a Pro or Plus Team Add-On will:
Have access to the CoreHome consumer mobile app experience (formerly 360 Home)
Retain in-CRM shortcuts for sharing the app
See updated outgoing email templates as part of the HomeSearch AI rollout:
Market Report
Home Valuation
Search Alerts
Non Team Add-On Customers
Agents who currently do not have Pro or Plus Team Add-On will:
No longer have access to the 360 Home consumer app
No longer see app download links in the agent profile dropdown
No longer see shortcuts to share the app from contact records
No longer have access to in-app chat
Continue sending Market Reports, Home Valuations, and Search Alerts using updated templates
What’s Changing for Consumers
Consumers Connected to Pro or Plus Team Add-On Agents
Will now access the CoreHome mobile app (versus 360 Homes)
Saved favorites, listings, and activity carry over
New links and app entry points route correctly into CoreHome
Have access to the revolutionary, new HomeSearch AI search experience
Consumers Connected to Non Team Add-On Agents
Will be directed to the agent’s front-end website as their primary search experience should they attempt to login to 360 Home
Will no longer be able to access the 360 Home mobile apps
Will see a message explaining the app experience is no longer available if they attempt to access it
Will continue to receive Market Reports, Home Valuations, and Search Alerts with links which will now direct them to the agent’s website
Legacy Links & Downloads (for non Pro or Plus Team Add-On Customers)
Existing 360 Home links from:
Past emails
QR codes
App download links will no longer function
Consumers will be routed and provided with the following messaging to a supported experience based on agent eligibility:
NON Pro and Plus Team Add-On Experience
Scenario 1: Consumer was not logged in
Scenario 2: Consumer was logged in
Pro and Plus Team Add-On Experience
Scenario 3: Consumer is associated with a PRO and PLUS Team-Add On
What’s Not Changing
Agent websites remain fully supported
The system will continue sending:
Market Reports
Home Valuations
Search Alerts without interruption
What Agents Need to Do
We would encourage non Pro or Plus Team Add-On agents to consider removal of their existing 360 Home app links from any marketing materials, either via print or digitally; instead, we encourage you to leverage your agent website as the primary consumer hub. You may want to let clients know to bookmark and use your website as their primary search experience.
