Use the drag-and-drop editor to build your template, connect dynamic data fields (agent info, listing data, branding), and set locking rules to protect brand elements.

Click Publish Template to make it available to your agents.
Note: You can also access the Template Manager directly from the Marketing Tab.

DesignCenter 2.0 Settings
Please Note: Only Admins will have the entity and lock features. If an Admin locks a feature it may not be edited at the Agent level.
Entity: Be sure to select the correct entity that you're trying to update (Company, Office, or Team settings) from the entity dropdown menu.
Locked Settings: Admins may lock the below settings for their Team or Brokerage.
Logos
Update logos from the 'Logos' tile. Primary and secondary logos may be added for both light and dark displays.
Colors
Update the primary and secondary colors from the 'Colors' title.
Hex: The color added to the 'Hex' section will automatically be applied to all designs unless a CMYK code is also added.
CMYK: If a CMYK color code is added to this section this color will be used for all Print materials. The Hex code color will still be used for all other designs.
Fonts
Choose primary and secondary fonts for your marketing materials.
Media Library
Social Media Posting Settings
Connect your social media accounts to quickly post your marketing materials. After clicking into the tile select 'Connect' to the right of the social media platform you'd like to connect.
Follow the prompts by accepting permissions.
After logging in and allowing permissions you may allow posting so you can automatically post your assets directly to your social media.
Designs & Branding
Within the 'Settings' section, templates may only be updated by Admins.
The pre-loaded BoldTrail and custom templates may be toggled on or off (in bulk or individually via the 'Select Designs' button) and a disclaimer may be added as necessary.
Videos
Select whether background music is the default for video tours and whether a random or specific song is selected.
Disclaimer
Add your desired disclaimer text for Primary and Secondary Print, as well as Social Media, Video, and Single Property Sites.
Designs
For print templates such as flyers, door hangers, and postcards navigate to the 'Print' button at the top. Select a design using the section (such as Flyers) and template (such as the Dynamic Flyer design).
Instead of going through all designs, you may select Luxury, Modern, or Traditional from the style filters or a content category (e.g. Recruiting).
Social Media
Find premade Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X designs from the 'Social Media' button at the top. Use the filters to find the perfect design.
As of February 13th, all BoldTrail references to Twitter have been updated to reflect X. If you're sharing content, look for the X logo where the blue bird icon used to be!
Videos
Select the video design and follow the prompts, including choosing the listing, branding, and audio options. After generating the video, an email will be sent to you including the link.
Saved Designs - Created/ Used Assets
Find your used assets from the 'Saved Designs' button on the top left.
From your history, you can view your used designs which will include changes you saved (if permitted by your Admin), such as font, text color, number of listing photos, and more.
Please Note: If you go to your history and edit a used design, a copy will be saved - it will not update the original.
Listing Kits
Designate a set of marketing materials to be automatically created for a category
of listings, matching the right materials to the right listings with Listing Kits.
Admins can create default kits to automatically create marketing materials for their Agent's listings. Agents also have the ability to create their own custom kits.
To create Listing Kits go to the 'ListingMachine' section on the top right side of the DesignCenter. Then, select '+Create New Kit'.
Fill out each section with your Listing Kit preferences.
