[BoldTrail] Mobile App Task Manager

The tasks set by yourself, or your smart campaigns, or by BoldTrail can be managed and completed within the mobile app.

Task Manager Overview

The BoldTrail mobile app gives you immediate access to your contacts while you are on the go and you have the ability to create task reminders for yourself the moment you think of them regardless of where you are. You can also easily save a task when talking with a client so you are reminded to complete it once you are back in the office.

The Task Manager can be found by clicking on the Tasks icon at the bottom of the app.

The Tasks section will display a list of your upcoming Tasks by default.

If you'd like to see your overdue tasks, you can tap the Show Overdue Tasks button to switch to that list instead.

Tap the Snooze button to hide a task for a specified period of time.

Complete a task by tapping the gray checkmark to the far right.

Tip: Tap on the name of your contact within any Task to be taken directly to that contact's profile.

To add a new task, click the blue plus (+) symbol at the top right of the Tasks section.
