[K+] What Automatic Messages Will I Get From Kunversion+?

K+ will notify you via calls, emails, texts, or even via the mobile app when things happen that usually need your attention.

Lead Action Alerts

These notifications are on by default. You can read how to control and adjust them on the settings page in the "Lead Alerts" section here.

You will be notified on the following events:

  • Lead saves a listing.

  • Lead changed or added listing alerts.

  • Lead came back to your site after they haven't been seen for awhile (2+ weeks.)

  • Lead looked at a specific listing 5+ times.

  • Lead unsubscribed.

Other combinations of the above alerts and for specific types of leads/contacts can be configured following the directions in the link up above.

When these messages are sent, they are sent by:

  • Email

  • K+ App Push Notification (A message is displayed on your phone screen.)

  • K+ App Icon (The K+ App Icon Will Appear in your notifications list, usually at the top of your phone like when you get a text from someone.)

 

New Lead Notifications

You are notified of new leads in a few ways. The only setting that can be changed regarding new leads is in the admin control panel, on the settings page. It can be specified whether or not new leads who sign up with phone numbers should be called by agents if they want the lead assigned to them. (Setting #24 within the agent accountability section of the settings page.)

When these notifications for new leads are sent, they are by:

  • Email

  • K+ App Push Notification (A message is displayed on your phone screen.)

  • K+ App Icon (The K+ App Icon Will Appear in your notifications list, usually at the top of your phone like when you get a text from someone.)

  • Phone call from your smart number.When you answer a call from your smart number, an automatic message will play that contains the leads information. Listen to it and select one of the options. The message that plays goes like this:Buyer Lead: 'Hi, this is Kunversion, you have a new buyer lead named [name]  searching mostly in [city]  for around [price].  This is attempt number x of [max-trys].   Press 1 to live connect by phone, press 2 to send the default text message.  If you're not sure what to say, say something like, "My name is [agent first name], the search assistant for the website you were just on.  I see you're looking in [city], for around [price] is that right?" ' Seller Lead: 'Hi, this is Kunversion, you have a new seller lead named [name] selling a [valuation] property in [city]  This is attempt number x of [max-trys].  Press 1 to live connect by phone, press 2 to send the default text message.  If you're not sure what to say, say something like, "My name is [agent first name], the search assistant for the website you were just on.  I see you're looking in [city], for around [price] is that right?" ' 

 

Daily Call Reminders

Each day K+ compiles a list of phone calls you should complete that day as it pertains to actions your leads took on your website recently. These time that these reminders are sent out may be controlled by admins using setting #26 : 'Time of the morning email.' They cannot be turned off. These notifications may include Craigslist posting reminders as well.

When daily call reminders are sent, they are done so via:

  • Email

  • K+ App Push Notification (A message is displayed on your phone screen.)

  • K+ App Icon (The K+ App Icon Will Appear in your notifications list, usually at the top of your phone like when you get a text from someone.)

Inbound Phone Calls From Leads

When any of your leads call your K+ smart number, their call is forwarded to you immediately, provided the phone number they are calling from is in their lead profile that you can see in your CRM.  Even though they called the smart number, their contact phone number will display on your phone as it is simply forwarded to you from the smart number. Lead Transfers & Shares

You will receive an email notification if another agent on your team shares a lead with you, or transfers a lead to you. The notification cannot be disabled. 

Welcome Letter (Welcome To Kunversion+!)

This is an email you will receive whenever you are added to a Kunversion+ account. It contains setup instructions and other basic information for getting started on the platform.
