How to Access Landing Pages
Begin by navigating to the Lead Engine from the main navigation menu on the left-hand side. Then select 'Build Landing Page'.
Please Note: For Admins who would like to create a landing page for their Office/Team/Company site or for another agent please navigate to the 'Lead Engine' tab and select the appropriate domain from the dropdown menu under 'Landing Page'
You will then be presented with the default landing page. This entire page is customize-able. All of the text, buttons, backgrounds, and functionality can be changed.
Landing Page Types
Starting at the top left, you'll want to choose which kind of page you want to build.
Each page type represents a different kind of landing page functionality. For example, if you simply want to provide information like a sign on the street, or if you want people to see a video, that will dictate which one you choose.
Below will first outline the main features or functions of each page type, then show you how to build a page.
Lead Generation
Video View
The Video View gives you the opportunity to add a video to your page which can be played directly from the Landing Page.
You can use a 'URL After Video' link if you desire to automatically take the user to a new page (of your choice) at the end of the video.
They can also continue onto the page by skipping the video using the orange button at the bottom of the page.
To display a video, a YouTube video ID is required to be added to the YouTube ID section. Watch the video below to learn how to find and insert the YouTube ID.
Video + Lead
This page combines the functionality of both the Lead Generation page and the Video View page. Resulting in a video Landing Page that uses a hashtag as well as a lead signup form. In addition, you can also require a phone number.
Content Hijack
The Content Hijack Landing Page allows you to perform a classic marketing tactic, where you offer something that someone wants in your ad, but when they click on the ad, you offer them something else instead. (However, you still give them the option for what they thought they were getting.)
To accomplish this, you have a 'URL You Want' which is what the lead will be taken to if they click the orange button.
As well as the 'URL They Want' if they click the link that says 'No thanks.'
Text Lead
A simple page that is designed for mobile use.
You can create a custom text code, then use it on this landing page for a mobile ad.
If the user taps the button, it opens up a text message compose window with your smart number in it.
Address Capture
Facebook Chat
The call to action on this page uses your Facebook username to create a 'Chat With Me' button.
If you are always on Facebook messenger, this is a great way to connect with Facebook users.
Be sure to check that the Facebook button works as you expect it to before you start advertising the page. Have someone else open your landing page and click the button to start a chat with you.
Customizing Your Landing Page
When customizing your landing page, there is a basic 1-2 rule to follow.
1. Customize all your options up top, from landing type to your background image. Start from left to right.
2. Customize your text on the page. Just click on the text on the page to change it.
Disclaimer: When using Custom background images for your Landing pages make sure that you either have permission to use that image or to use an image that you own, otherwise you run the risk of violating the intellectual properties of images that you don't own which will cause issues when marketing.
Notes
You can remove elements by double-clicking them. If you delete an element by accident, you can refresh your page. The settings up top will remain, but all the text in the middle will be reset.
When using a custom image, try to select an image that is relevant! For example, if you are circle-prospecting a neighborhood, you should find a picture of a neighborhood somewhere and use that image.
If you find an image somewhere, you can right-click it, and copy the image URL (or location) and paste that into the custom image prompt.
Want to set up listing alerts automatically for certain kinds of landing pages? You can.
Saving Your Page
After everything looks good to you, click 'SAVE' on the upper right:
This finalizes the page, and the URL at the top becomes permanent. Be sure to save that URL! It's not saved anywhere else. So, it's up to you to save it into a spreadsheet or text file.
After your page is created, if you click the green share icon, you can start posting that page to Facebook, and boosting it from your business page, or any of the other social icons you see.
Landing Page History
To view your previous Landing Page links and information navigate to the Lead Engine. Find the 'Landing Page' tile and select your domain from the dropdown menu. Then choose 'Past Landing Pages'.
Please Note: Landing Pages created before the launch of this amazing new feature will not be available under 'Past Landing Pages'.
Each record will show:
Date the Landing Page was created
Type of Landing Page
Hashtag (if applicable)
Number of views
You can view or copy the URL to your clipboard using the corresponding 'View' or 'Copy Link' button.
Important: Landing Pages cannot be edited or deleted at this time.
How to Upload Custom Images Using Imgur
When creating landing pages you have a few default background options available to use. In addition to those default images you also have the ability to use the primary MLS image from a particular listing or use a custom background image.
Most of the time one of the default images or a listing image from the MLS will suffice for the content of the landing page you are creating, but you will probably want to use a custom image for the background of a recruiting landing page or a holiday-specific landing page.
Because you cannot upload an image directly onto a landing page you will need to host (upload) your image on another platform and then use the URL (link) on your landing page.
You can choose any image hosting platform, like Imgur, Flickr, Photobucket, etc...to use when trying to add a custom background image.
Please Note: Due to Google's updates you are no longer able to use Google Drive to host images and use them with a landing page.
You can also use BoldTrail's blog posting tool to upload and host an image in order to use it with a landing page.
Using Imgur to Host Your Image
The first step in using a custom image is to upload it to the website you have chosen. In this case, it is imgur.com.

7. Click "Browse" to choose a picture from your laptop or desktop computer or simply drag and drop the image from your computer to the grey box that appears.

12. Paste the Imgur link you copied into the field that appears in the pop-up.
13. Click the blue "OK" button.
The page will then refresh to show the landing page's content with your custom background.
Now that you have a free Imgur account you can upload an unlimited number of images to use on various landing pages and one place to store all of them. The URL never changes for each image unless you delete it and reupload it, so you can use them over and over.
How to Upload Custom Images Using Photobucket

18. Click the blue "OK" button once the link has been shortened.
The page will then refresh to show the landing page's content with your custom background.
