Kunversion+ uses a primary identifier to differentiate leads.

This is the leads' email address. In the case of a lead with only a phone number (Not an Inbound Text Lead, but a Phone Lead) we use the phone number.

What this means for your Office is that leads are exclusive based on this information. So, nobody else in the office could have the same lead. If they tried to add it, it would say the lead already exists.

If you tried to, you would get this error:

So, as far as within the same office, leads are exclusive to each of you.

Outside of the office, for other websites that use Kunversion+, that lead restriction does not apply. So, you and someone else who also uses Kunversion+ in say another state could have the same lead.
