If this is a field that you can pull data from via the MLS of which you're connected, support should be able to add this filter into your listing alerts. Please contact support@insiderealestate.com with the fields you want to pull from your MLS, along with a screenshot of a listing with that field showing. They will compare the info and add those fields if they are able to.
