Realtor.com Overview
Please Note: In order to forward leads from realtor.com to BoldTrail you will need your lead dropbox email address realtor.com settings.
First, log into your realtor.com account. Then, click on the main menu at the upper right corner, and click on settings.
Then, click on 'Lead Settings' on the left.
You will need to scroll down until you see the settings for 'Connections Plus,' 'Profile Leads,' and 'Courtesy Leads.' The settings for all three need to be changed individually.
After clicking on 'Change' for one of the settings, you will see the option to specify where to send those leads.
Begin by clicking 'add email' (if applicable, you could also edit an existing forward instead.)
First, select 'Lead Forwarding' from the drop down menu.
Then, paste in your Lead Dropbox email.
Finally, select 'Plain Text' as the format of the message.
Click 'Save' when done.
Repeat this process for all three lead sources.
Your leads will now flow into BoldTrail and you will receive notifications and forwarded copies of any non-lead emails in your email account.
OpCity Overview
OpCity is now part of Realtor.com. Agents sign up for OpCity leads by zip code. The first Agent to respond via the OpCity app or via text, receives the lead. When an Agent has claimed the lead, OpCity will send the Agent an email with the lead information.
New Leads can be claimed/captured via the OpCity mobile app (push notifications) or SMS (text message). When a New Lead is claimed/captured, an email notification is sent to the Agent. The Agent has 7 seconds to capture a lead in OpCity
Within the Agent's OpCity account, there is only one field to input an email address. There isn't an option to add an import email address in the Agent OpCity account.
If an Agent claims/captures a lead from OpCity, email parsing can be set up in the email account the agent has set up in their OpCity account to have the new lead email forwarded into BoldTrail.

Please Note: API Integration is another option - however, BoldTrail Support does not assist with this integration, and the Agent would need to work closely with OpCity to set this up.
