Finding Your BoldTrail Key for Realtor.com
Admins, Please Note: Be careful to select the key for the correct Scope (Team, Office, or Company)
To find the right key in BoldTrail, go to the Lead Engine tab from the main navigation on the left-hand side. Then, select 'Lead Dropbox'. Copy the Zapier key for the correct account.
Adding Your BoldTrail Key to Realtor.com
Please Note: Vendors may not have updated the BoldTrail logo or branding yet - rest assured the connection still works!
If you see references to kvCORE - that's okay!
First, log in to your Realtor.com dashboard.
Please Note: If your Realtor.com account has multiple user levels, double-check that you're adding your key to the correct account.
Then, select the logo on the top right, and click 'Settings'
Click 'Add Lead Delivery API'
Select 'Other application' as the API source application.
Fill out the form as follows
Application URL = api.kvcore.com/integrations/realtor/lead
API Key = (Paste Zapier Key from BoldTrail)
Application Login Name = BoldTrail
Click the blue 'Test connection' button.
Then, hit 'Save'.
A modal will then appear confirming your connection.
This modal indicates that leads are now being delivered to BoldTrail through the Realtor.com Lead Delivery System.
Removing Realtor.com Mail Parser
If you've connected Realtor.com in the past using the mail parse you'll want to remove that email address to prevent duplicates.
IMPORTANT: To prevent duplicates, Realtor.com needs to stop sending emails to your leads+ * @kvcore.com email address.
You can find and remove your parsing email by navigating to Settings > Lead Settings.
You'll want to remove the lead parsing email from the 'BCC emails' section.
