Please Note - In order to forward leads from to kvCORE you will need your lead dropbox email address settings.

First, log into your account. Then, click on the main menu at the upper right corner, and click on settings.

Then, click on 'Lead Settings' on the left.

You will need to scroll down until you see the settings for 'Connections Plus,' 'Profile Leads,' and 'Courtesy Leads.' The settings for all three need to be changed individually.

After clicking on 'Change' for one of the settings, you will see the option to specify where to send those leads.

Begin by clicking 'add email' (if applicable, you could also edit an existing forward instead.)

  1. First, select 'Lead Forwarding' from the drop down menu.

  2. Then, paste in your Lead Dropbox email.

  3. Finally, select 'Plain Text' as the format of the message.

Click 'Save' when done.

Repeat this process for all three lead sources.

Your leads will now flow into kvCORE and you will receive notifications and forwarded copies of any non-lead emails in your email account.
