Lead duplication in BoldTrail is set at the account level. A Company owner must request that duplication is disabled in order for it to be so. It cannot be disabled at the Office, Team, or Agent level.
If you are an Account Owner and wish to turn off lead duplication please reach out to your Account Manager for assistance.
If duplication is disabled, future leads may not be duplicated, but all existing duplicate leads will remain separate.
