To send one or more listings, first navigate to the listings tab in BoldTrail.
TIP: Use filters to find the properties you want to send!
Once you've filtered out your listings you can begin choosing the ones you would like to send. Use the checkboxes boxes on the left-hand side. The top checkbox will select all properties in the list that you can see.
Please Note: This can be used to send a single or multiple listings to your contacts.
You can change the size of the list from the upper right corner to select more (or less) at once.
With the desired properties selected, click the "Text' button at the top.
You can then enter the name of which contact you'd like to text and alter the body of your message. This text also leverages the {property_link} merge tag. Edit the message you want to send but do not change the curly brackets or any of the text in between them. You can also use the Smart Assistant to craft a message, instead.
Please Note: You can text multiple contacts at once! Just add them in the 'To' field.
