Overview

Local Logic offers additional website search options and listing-specific features that yield increased contact traffic, engagement, and conversions. Visitors will have the ability to add lifestyle and school preferences when searching for listings on your website. It rates the resulting properties based on the lifestyle and school matches that the visitor has indicated are important to them.

This adds a new layer of home search options beyond location, price, and features, and allows visitors to your website to differentiate between similar properties by the type of lifestyle they have indicated in order to make the best-informed decision.

Local Logic also provides further lifestyle details on each listing details page and maps out the corresponding areas for each option around the listing.

Local Logic Search Features

Website visitors have shown an increase of up to 50% in listing searches when they have the below tools offered to them via Local Logic due to the ability to discover more listings that more closely match their preferences.

They are also four times more likely to register as a lead if they have the ability to use these search options in addition to the basics of price, bed/bath, and location.

Heatmap

Once a School and/or Lifestyle option has been chosen, the map will change to display an overlaid color gradient showing a heatmap of the areas that best fit the desired options.

Please Note: This will only occur when displaying the Map view on the search results page.

Ranked Listings

In the top right corner of each listing tile on the results page there will be a circled number that shows from 0-10 how well it matches the chosen features. The color of the circle corresponds with its heatmap location as well.

Visitors can use the School toggle in the top left corner of the map to see certain types of schools in their desired area.

Once they have toggled the Schools search on and checked their desired type(s), the map will automatically update to display icons representing different school locations.

Next to the School search toggle is the Lifestyle toggle which displays a drop-down with the different options available to use in addition to the other criteria selected. This allows visitors the ability to pick between very similar properties based not only on the type of property, but also the type of lifestyle they would like to have.


Local Logic Listing Features

Once a visitor has clicked on a listing to learn more about it, they will have the opportunity to interact with their desired specifications at the bottom of its details page.

By clicking on each of the options listed they will see the exact location of each matching result nearby the listing they are viewing. This interactive feature has proven to increase conversion rates by up to 36%!

They will also be able to calculate their commute time from the property to an address of their choice.
