With this article, you should be able to better understand how to use actions in a mass format, be it to email your contacts or changing the lead's status. There are many additional mass actions that can take place within your Smart CRM. See the following info to help guide you when managing your Smart CRM
How to Apply Mass Actions?
Step 1. Access your Smart CRM through the main navigation menu to the left of BoldTrail.
Step 2. From your Smart CRM, you can select the checkboxes next to the names of the contacts that you would like to apply a mass action to.
Please Note: You can also select all of the contacts on that page by selecting the checkbox at the top next to the name column.
Step 3. Now that you have the contacts selected you can now set up mass actions so from here click on the More actions tab and select from one of the dropdown options to complete your action.
List of Actions that can be accomplished in Mass
Sync Contact(s)
This option will appear if you've connected your Gmail or Outlook email account.

This option will only appear in Admin accounts. Agents do not have the ability to transfer contact ownership. If you're an Agent and need to transfer the owner
This can be accessed using the 'Mass Email' button to the left of the More Actions dropdown.
This can be accessed using the 'Mass Text' button to the left of the More Actions dropdown.
