These get sent 5 days after first contact (Guess the Value email or post card) unless Neighbor has unsubscribed from emails or opted-in via Nosy Neighbor Landing Pages

Listing Alert Emails

These get sent 7 days after first contact (Guess the Value email or post card) and continue being sent weekly until neighbor unsubscribes or opts in to contact from you.

Opt-in Confirmation Email

These get sent after a Neighbor opts in via the Nosy Neighbor Landing Pages, Market Report Email, Listing Report Email or Home Valuation Estimate.
