The Your Agent section on the customer-facing listing details page can make a big impact! This is visible on each listing details page that a client views.

IMPORTANT: The behavior of the 'Your Agent' section on office websites may vary due to MLS compliance rules. In cases where an Office is associated with multiple MLS systems, the Your Agent section may be disabled to ensure compliance. This prevents the display of Agents who are not active members of the relevant MLS, keeping the site in line with regulatory requirements.

Agent Display Behavior

The Agent that displays in the Your Agent section on listings may change depending on whether or not the visitor is assigned to an Agent.

On your personal Agent website, your clients will always see your information (even if they have not registered yet). However, when a new client is searching on a Team, Office, or Company website under the Sell tab they'll be assigned a random agent who will populate in the Your Agent section.

Once the new lead signs up they will only see the Agent they're assigned to, instead of the one who was randomly populated.

Agent Contact Information

The Your Agent section will display the following information, found within your Agent profile:

  • Name

  • Title

  • Primary Phone Number (this will be your Smart Number by default)

Phone Numbers - Agent Websites

The default setting for the phone number displayed on your personal website is to use your Smart Number. This means that whenever leads get text messages from your system. it will show as coming from your Smart Number. When they send a message to the Smart Number and you reply back, that reply comes from the smart number as well.

Regardless of what options you select, if you purchased your own Smart Number as an agent, your unique Agent Smart Number will always display on your personal website in place of any office smart number. It cannot be overridden by Administrative settings.

However, you can change that number to any number of your choosing, by editing your profile.

In your profile settings, you'll see an option for Show On Site. When ticked, this replaces the number in all three locations with the checked number.

Please Note: Only one number at a time can be selected to display on the site, so make sure to only have one "Show on Site" Number.

Phone Numbers - Company, Team, and Office Websites

On a Company website, the phone number displayed in the Your Agent section will depend on what an admin has selected in their Website Settings.

If “Don't use smart number on website” in Website Settings is ON:

The website will show the number added to the Company profile in the company website's Your Agent section.

If "Don't use smart number on website" in Website Settings is OFF:

The website will show the Company Smart Number (if one has been enabled in the account) in the company website's Your Agent section.

If there is NOT a company Smart Number:

The website will display the "oldest" smart number within the account.

Co-Listing Agents

If the listing has a co-Agent, their contact information will display beneath the primary Agent.

On a personal website, the Co-Agent will only show the following information:

  • Name (no link to profile)

  • Phone Number

However, if the listing is viewed on a Company, Team, or Office website and the co-Agent is part of the agent roster, all of the following will be displayed:

  • Name

  • Image (with link to profile)

  • Title

  • Phone Number
