How to Add a New Commission Plan to An Agent

To add a new commission plan go to the Agent’s profile and select the 'Commission Plan & Fees' tab at the top.

Their current plan and plan levels (if applicable) will be visible here.

Select '+Add Commission Plan' to set up a change to a new plan.

Select the desired plan and the chosen start date. The end date will be auto-populated based on how the commission plan was created.

Please Note: This does not edit the current plan the agent is assigned to and starts fresh on any contributions that the Agent is making to the brokerage according to the plan.

All transactions/disbursements with close dates between the start and end date of a commission plan will contribute to that respective plan’s levels, if applicable.


Updating An Agent’s Current Commission Plan

To update the current plan, click the edit pencil icon to the right of the plan under 'Actions'.

From there, you can edit the start date or plan used. The end date will auto-populate from the plan details and cannot be changed.

Please Note: When editing a plan, any contributions that were previously made will still count towards the new plan name for the same time period.


Deleting Commission Plans From Agent History

To delete a commission plan from Agent history, use the trash can icon under 'Actions'.

Please Note: This does not delete the plan itself, and does not affect transactions that are already closed or have a disbursement created.

Only past history of plans can be deleted. Agents must have a current plan assigned in order to delete commission plans from their history.

If there are multiple plans in the history for the Agent and one of them is deleted, the end date of the plan before it will be updated to close any gaps.
