What Is a Share Link?
Your personalized share link is a website link that directs clients to download your company-branded mobile app with you as their selected Agent. Contacts who download and register for your branded mobile app through this path will automatically be assigned to you, instead of seeing a roster of available Agents to choose from.
Please Note: The company-branded mobile app requires the contacts to select an Agent. If a contact already has the company-branded mobile app then it can be assumed that they have already gone through the Agent selection process. For this reason, when your contact receives your share link they will not automatically be assigned to you but will be prompted with the option to change their Agent assignment.
Where to Find Your Personalized Share Link
The personalized share link is an extension of your kvCORE Agent website.
Log into your kvCORE account
At the top right, click the Agent website next to the mobile icon
Why Doesn't My Image Populate?
The personalized share link displays your image and contact details from kvCORE. To update your agent image:
Log into your kvCORE account
At the top right, click your name and click 'My Profile'
Select 'Edit Settings'
Make your changes
Don't forget to 'Save'!
