How to Test CORE Home as a Lead

Please Note: If you use a work email and you are another Agent's Smart CRM, you will see 'My Agents' in COFRE Home and have the option to select other Agents. If you use a personal email, you will experience CORE Home more like a lead would.

2 - Find 'Property Alerts'

If you do not have an alert set up, set yourself (your test lead) up on Property Alerts. You can have up to 2 saved alerts.

3. Find 'Market Reports'

If you do not have a Market Report set up, set yourself (your test lead) up on a Market Report. You can add several areas if you like.

4. Click 'Send Now' to send your Market Report to your test lead.

5. Go to your email Inbox to find your Market Report email.

If you have not synced your Gmail/Outlook in BoldTrail, you will need to check your spam folder. Syncing your email in BoldTrail will help prevent emails from going to spam.

6. Open your Market Report Email

7. Click 'View the Report'

This will open up CORE Home in a separate tab.

8. Click to login and you will be prompted to register your email and a password.

Assuming this is the first time you've accessed CORE Home as a lead, you'll need to sign in to set up a password for CORE Home web, mobile web, and app.

9. If you have already logged in to CORE Home previously, then you will be prompted to log in (not register).

Please Note: Here, you are testing as a lead so this is your CORE Home login info and NOT your login info for BoldTrail.

10. All your saved information from BoldTrail will now show in this CORE Home experience.

You can now click around the site and engage with My Home, My Search, and the 3-line menu. If you save any listings, you will have My Favorites too!
