One of the great aspects of BoldTrail is the ability to seamlessly contact your leads, using channels like email, phone, SMS text, and Premium Video messages.

The 'Contacts' tab from the navigation menu on the left-hand side is where you can find all of your contact's information (including saved searches, past communication, etc).

TIP: Use the Saved Filters section to quickly find your contacts (especially valuable if you're an Admin!), and your saved filters.
